REFUSAL TO CREDIT MY DSTV ACCOUNT AS PROMISED

A few weeks ago I deposited R200 into my DSTV account to build up a credit for the end of the year.(I intended to do this every month till the end of the year as this is my holiday decoder).
My decoder was then automatically switched on by the system. I did not request this nor did I do this on the Dstv website. Apparently, one has to opt out of this procedure as it is the default mode of DSTV to do this. It was agreed that the re-connection fee and 2 days viewing fee would be reversed and credited back to my DSTV account so that my account would return to a R200 balance. Although I have had several e-mail communications, nothing has happened!
