After logging a complaint with Multichoice on the 3 July 2013 it is now full two months and have been promised a call to resolve my query, even went to DSTV outlet in Pretoria was given a reference number 136496984 and told that they have referred the matter to billing in Randburg. I guess the billing is quite busy that they haven't had a chance to call or resolve my query, instead when I call i have to repeat the same story to all the agent as nothing appears on their system and just have to wait or pay R168, HEY am complaining of high billing for three months and you think am still going to pay extra amount while this issue is not resolved??? But whatever the way they run their business clearly it does not include customers satisfaction and retention, not to mention their competitor who have a hassle free prepaid option.
