Pathetic service

The Top TV / StarSat service is pathetic. I am battling ever since I had Top TV with break in signal and is unable to watch TV whenever:

* The wind is blowing
* It is overcast
* It is raining
- and above is applicable 5 out of 7 days a week in George. I even went as far as to move the dish but to no avail.

With the change over to StarSat, I can no longer access all the channels on the full R199 package, FOX and the SABC channels has hardly been available even until now. I phoned the call centre who advised that it's due to a satellite problem with the change over; engineers are working on it, was supposed to be fixed by the first week of January. The consultant told me it's not fixed yet and cannot say when it will be sorted.

I took out the full DSTV package, guess what? It has been working this whole week of heavy rain, storms and cloud cover!
