Where do I even start, I have never had such revolting service. I joined "TOPTV" on the base that they were so fantastic, then with no problem to them, they change everything to Starsat. I have tried to contact them, sent an sms but to no avail. About 3 of my channels work and 1 of them is Chinese. They are more than happy to send me a statement telling me what is due at the end of the month, they take my hard earned money and whip there with it. The reason I joined "TOPTV" was for my Mother, who has been very ill, she had 2 strokes. She on her bed to watch TV, but guess what, she has a whole choice of 3 channels. I AM cancelling my account with STARSAT. This is a stinking way of dealing with things, and sadly with the cancellation of my account, "Starsat" will continue to rip people off!!!
