26 Calls!! 12 hours of talk time

My Disgusting and horrible journey to this point started August 2013, when My services got cut, I called the fantastic help centre and got told that I had not payed my account and was R300 odd rand overdue. I then payed R500 on my account. I have 3 accounts, 2 get payed Annually and 1 is a holiday decoder (This gets switched on and off over odd weekends) They tell me they can see I pay the other 2 annually and all that is outstanding is R300 odd rand.

1st call of 26 calls to DSTV!!! - My services have been cut and I am told I owe for the last 6 months and I have not payed this year.(2013) They reconnect my services and agree that I have pa
2 nd call I get cut again 5 or so days later. Again I explain my sad story.
3rd call - Cut again explain again.and again and again 27 times.

15th call or so I get to Marius Van wyk who says there was possible on the account as they have to investigate. and they cut my services again. No warning. just cut.
20th call or so I get a email address for a Manager Mrs Abed who gets Amanda to call and we go back and forth a few times and I get cut a few more times...
I now have a appointment with Mrs Abed for 22 Jan 2014 5 months later!!!
