Hi Elisa,

I'm sure I struggle for more than 3 Months now for someone to contact me regarding a claim to be paid out.
I've called many times explains everything but nothing further happens.

Can you please send me your physical address and I can then make an appointment with someone who knows what they are doing.

I already had my car fixed months ago.

As I said I call every time to explain my story to someone and just nothing happens after that.

I called 2 weeks ago... they said they will ask someone to call me back... I told her that I'm sure it's not
going to happen... and that I'll call back in 2 weeks if no-one calls me.
