I take my son regularly for movies, so tuesday i call the customer care to confirm if "walking with dinosaurs" is a cartoon and im informed yes!
I get to cinema, wait close to 30mins in line because there is only one teller. And this is while during school holidays and to top it off on a tuesday their busiest day i would say. Then i proceed to buy some snacks for the boys and i. I wait another 30mins where they only had two people, then only to be told the two 5year old boys need to carry their snacks in hand. To no suprise the one's cold drink spilt and the lost half his popcorn all this before we get to our seat.
Very Dissapointed
When i speak to cashier at snack counter to ask for any other box
