Huge problem with help support

Had my debit order rejected - paid it - on my dstv - R400 worth of cell calls only to have the extra view being disconnected - company of this size can any one get it right - cell number they give must go to so off shore centre as no on answers - same as the the local numbers - or there 2 people answering 1000 calls - this is smart card number is 4132-8743-830
