Good day

My name is Nomthandazo Maria Mazibuko. i am very disappointed and very frustrated. I have write a helolo peter complain through my daughter in law account, i have went to pay my dstv subscription for December and they have never activated my channels as they have told me that the payment that i have made on the 02.03.2013 was revised on the 24.12.2013 of which it does not make any sense for me as i don't understand why was it reversed now in December for incident that happen in march 2013 and it never reported to me .i have never received any sms stating that the money was revised. I have been told that i have to get bank statement from March until December 2013 of which it's about 17 pages and the bank will charge me for those pages I have printed those pages as want my dstv to be activated, I want my dstv to be connected as immediately.
