No Service regarding wrong account for DSTV

On 14 March I miraculously activated our Tennis Club DSTV under "Pubs and Clubs" @ R450 per month. No HD channels were acitivated and they advised me to write a letter requesting the additional 4 x channels @ R13.50 per channel. I wrote an official letter on a Tennis Club letterhead - they request was sent on 14March and receipt thereof was acknowledged on 14 March. They have subsequently deducted R675 from our account and no HD Channels have been activated!!! Must all my queries go through Hello Peter, is there actual people working there, what is the problem?
Hoping to hear from you soon and also HOPING to sort out my problem that has been ongoing since 10 Jan 2013.
