This is the 2nd month i have paid for a service and hours later I still do not have service..
Last month when I called and complained about it, I was connected and then as I terminated the call the consultant (Kefue Zozo) disconnected my service as he says I was rude.
I then had to call back at my own cost wait 20 mins online and then have my service connected.
This is having to pay then call to have my service connected who refunds us for the - 20 mins I spend on the phone waiting to get my service connected.
Today I paid at 10am and I am still disconnected.
Please provide a solution ASAP and refund my money for the period I have had no service as it is time I have paid for, just as you guys calculate for every minute we use the service I need a refund.
