Poor service from Multichoice

For the month of February I could not pay the subscription on my PVR decoder. At the end of February I paid R750.00 and my services were re-connected. On the 6th of March my service were disconnected and upon calling the call centre I found out that I had to pay R330.00. Basically Multichoice charged me R330.00 for the 6 days at the beginning of Feb and from the 28th till the 5th of March. Ever since i'm battling every month with Multichoice to re-connect my services. Today was the last, I've had enough. Everytime the disconnect my services, they charge me R50.00 to re-connect it. No more, I will rather go to Top TV, they are a lot cheaper.
For many years i've been loyal to them and this is the way they treat their customers
