I have been trying to activate DSTV for the last 2 weeks!!!
I have phoned the DSTV Dish installer to come sort out the problem - his name is "Musa". He keeps promising to come> we are still waiting.

I phoned the call centre 3 times. ALL 3 times I've run out of airtime. they ask you to go to the MENU, press a few buttons and scan. I am then assured that the problem will be solved.

My husband asked for DSTV compact. about 10 channels (which, inconveniently are the ones we WANT to watch) are not showing.

We are going to pay the FULL subscription amount at the end of the month. however, I'm not feeling the benefits of DSTV yet.

I have not been impressed with the service.
