Bad Attitude, Service and Customer care!!!

I sent an sms on 1Dec, 2013 to StarSat to subscribe. Next morning a StarSat consultant, Maulishane, contacted me promptly. I signed up and she told me the Installer will connect the dish/decoder at 10am and she said she will phone at 10am to do a follow-up. Never happened. She called two hours later and then contacted the installer. I told her I was very unhappy of her treatment of me. So she made at least 10 calls to rectify her mistake and to get him to me. He arrived 4 hours late. He told me that he was not aware that he had to be at my place at 10am. After installing the dish on the roof he tried to set decoder, but he left as it was nearly 5pm. I had 5 free days of viewing as part of the package. On 6 i was disconnected. StarSat did not notify me. I phoned them and held on for 15min, being entertained by the voice recorder with the continiuos repetition of StarSats promotion with no consideration for me. Finally Oswald answered and told me what the problem was. I asked if they could call me back but apparently StarSat does not do this. Is this Customer Service? I am still without TV although my debit order is okay. I have emailed StarSat H/O i Dubai but no response.???
