Hot water irregular when you showe

I was so excited when i booked for a small break at the New Boardwalk 5 Star hotel. What a waste of time and money. Even tho it was booked on the MVG gold special we booked an extra night so our stay would be from the 25th to 28th of January. We drove all the way from Cape Town when we arrived we did not even get a welcome drink like all the other guests. We then walked around to familiarised ourself with the hotel then we asked the security where the pool was he gave us directions but ended by saying it's only for in house guests. I just walked away thinking what the heck why would I ask where the facilities is situated! Maybe I did not look 5Star quality??? For my stay I was not able to use the shower as at one stage I almost burnt myself as only hot water came through. The hosts was advised and apologised but still I could not use the shower as I had a back problem and could not use the bath. Housekeeping just as pathetic you ring and nobody answers, and I just wanted them to fetch the iron. All the way from Cape Town with all these disappointments I don't think it's fair and a apology will not rectify my disappointments to think suppose to be 5Star???
