Sun City Vac Club does not see to any complaints

We have been frequenting the Vacation club since we bought the unit in 2004 on a yearly basis & this is not what we expect seeing the amount that we have outlaid & pay each & every year.
Upon check in at 2pm we only had problems. We were not given the units we asked for.2 next to each other only to find the resort being half full. There was no TV (removed from the wall) microwave & kettle. Remote for the dvd player was missing. When the tv was brought it was just left on the counter, wires hanging everywhere. Some channels were not working & they eventually brought us another TV on Saturday evening. On Sunday evening a number of things stopped working such as the aircons, tv, micro & kettle. Logged a call with reception around 6, told us to check the DB board for any tripped swtiches. Non were tripped (or down). the IT person arrived after 12 that night & informed us that maintenance was needed to be called out. Maintenance did arrive but only on Monday morning when we were checking out. I emailed them on the 4th Feb, Received a reply asking what unit we were in and sent this back to them on the same day (4th Feb). To date havnt heard anything since. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?
