Multichoice agency activated my service without my consent in June. As far as I remember you need to pay first before they reactivate your services. On the dstv envelope there was a message stating the I need to pay R598. I went to the agency to enquire about this, I told them that i ddnt ask anyone to activate anything in June. The consultant was a bit puzzled and he called a manager, then the manager checked on the system and he said I must pay R398, and they reactivated my service, and asked me to go pay at pick n pay. When I arrived at pick n pay, multichoice was offline. And it was late i couldnt pay somewhere else. I am a busy person, i found time to pay last week.. i went there and I ask them to reactivate, they did, because i showed a proof of payment. Few days later the service was deactivated and i was ordered to pay R388.. whats that for now? I went to the workshop, but they gave me attitude, ddnt wanna listen to what i am telling them that, i dnt even stay at home, how would i knw that the dstv was playing in June.
