We had an issue with our decoder then i took it in for repairs, then I was told we we will have to wait for about seven working days for the unit to be repaired so I decided to reactivate the account on my name since the other unit on my sisters name was in for repairs.
I called the multichoice call center and spoke to this one guy (Think it was Tebogo) who advised that he was in the mobile department but willing to help me. I explained to him the story about repairs and for interim would like to activate my own account for only 7 days for my family not to be TV-less and he explained that i would have to pay R111.36 to reactivate, i made an immediate payment and service was back up under a compact subscription since originally it was a premium package. All was good until i got a statement saying that i owe R424, decided to give multichoice a call regarding the bill and spoke to a lady Bridget Mbhele, emailed her my proof of payment and she advised that the was no records on my account, no notes and she doesnt know why i owe the money. I advised her to pull tapes of the recording but she said the are nun since the are no records. Am not liable for the R424, 00 on the statement
