No one cares to listen-nor calls back as promised

Was hospitalized due to an accident, when I was discharged on the 2nd of November, On Monday called Dstv as I did not see their debit order. I was then told in October there was no payment. First consultant told me I can arrange a debit order to go off on the first of December for these month where debit order was returned. This was captured and done. To my suprise Tuesday my service was cut. Called Dstv to enquire, I was told service cannot be activated as I owed 2 months, I must pay R302 to reactivate of which I did, on the 4 the 4th also upgraded, thinking all was in order and debit order done again. I literally watched premium for 2 days. On the 8th service is cut again, I send my son to go pay 300 at PnP. I spent 180 calling Dstv trying to make them understand that a amount I was suppose to pay was R597, now I paid 302 Plus 300, am told I owed 200 for what, coz I only watched premium for 2 days, for 300 i paid for them to take me back to banquet, to my shock they open a 29 rands service. I am paying 300 for 29 rands service. No one listens, I need to have service I paid for. Promised to be called back by lindi and lerato. I paid 602, no supervisor called me back as promised
