HAD A PROBLEM WITH SIGNAL AS WE WERE NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CHANNELS ON TOP TV. WAS CALLED BY TOP TV AFTER COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER AND ISSUE WAS RESOLVED - WE THOUGHT. THE MOMENT WE WANTED TO CHANGE THE CHANNELS, FOR INSTANCE TO FOX ENTERTAINMENT, AGAIN LOST SIGNAL (CAN THEN NOT RECEIVE ANY CHANNELS) AND NEED TO DO THE WHOLE FACTORY RESTART AGAIN.
AS WITH THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT IT IS STILL ONLY THE COMPUTER AVAILABLE ON THE CALL CENTRE.
