Ip offs... i up graded my package on 28 december 2013 from the north indian boquet to the full boquet. i was given a pro rata amt that will be debited of my account on 01 Jan as i was told by the consultant. i did advise the consultant that the 1st is a public holiday but they insisted it will come off on that day... to my surprise it only came off on 02nd Jan for an amount of R 893. that was not the amount i was told... the best part is never received any of the channels i upgraded to.. i call dstv this morn was told by an incompetent thato that it takes about 3 to days day b4 the debit order goes off yet when i spoke to the consultant on 28 december 2013 i was told any changes must be made 3 days before the debit order goes off. then he says 2 days... stupid doesnt know wat to say... he then wants to refund me R347. i was debitted almost 900.00 yet only get credited 347.000 thats thheft, ... shud i go on...

why must i wait and be inconvencied cos some inability to do their jo
