Paid for the 17h15 show today with a debit card... worked perfectly! Buy Popcorn... debit card deduction comes off my on my phone, HOWEVER, according to the staff at counter, it hasn't come off on their side!!! Apparently the problem has been occurring WHOLE DAY and all they do is 'reprocess' on the Debit card. IF it comes off the our bank account TWICE, I just need to bring my bank statement and they will re-imburse me!!! REALLY??? And through ALL this, time is ticking on so it's ALREADY 17h15 and we trying to get the "manager' to assist! THIS one is busy so IGNORES us, is completely MISERABLE, and had NO answers for us!! Her staff were trying to be more helpful, however, they stick to the SCRIPTED answer! LUCIA, is a BAD excuse for a Manager!!! Thanks for NOTHING!!! Result... we demand our money back for the movies... EVENING SPOILT... and Ster Kinekor better HOPE that the popcorn order is NOT deducted from my bank account!!! Why is YOUR useless equipment MY problem??? NU METRO... you have customers for LIFE!!!
