Ever since the switch to StarSat, we are not receiving the basic SABC channels in the first half of the day. Also, we cannot receive the gospel channels, mgm and star Bollywood. I have sent emails of which I got a response after a week to which I replied and then nothing. I also tried calling the call centre numerous times but it seems that nobody works that as I waited for more than 20 minutes and no one answered.
I am not going to pay for channels that I am not receiving.
Do you guys even have a call centre or is everyone there just not interested in answering and assisting clients!
