I tried paying via credit card and the system could not allow me as it only allowed me to pay me a minimum balance of R18.33. SO I paid minimum balnce. Hours later I still could nt view even the sabc channels. I called jhb call cente, I explained to the lady and she insisted I can pay more than the minimum balance which was nw reflecting R0. I was loggedon even at that time and could not. She hung up on me. I called again a lady by the name of Katlego answered and I explained again she said she can see that even the sabc channels are deactivated my account is suspended, she tried reconnecting the free channels but she can't help me. She told me it's beyond her control I should go to checkers to pay or else just forget watching tv for that night. I find it disgusting that there is an option to pay by credit card and I cant and the call centre is so inexperienced in dealing with clients. I do not want the dstv channels anymore I jst want to be able to view my sabc channels?
