These channels have not been playing since the beginning of the year. Have spoken to consultants several times but they insist that I am receiving these channels. Channels not playing include 196, 220, 351, 351, 400, 401, 402, 406, 410, 451, 452 and all Audio channels. I spoke to one consultant on Saturday till I ran out of airtime. He never phoned me back. Am really dissappointed with the way my issue is being handled while I continue paying for all the channels including the ones I am not receiving.
