I have had Top Tv (Star sat) on and off for a number of years now, I have a few concerns that I hope can be addressed. Programmes that were aired on the release of top Tv are still been aired to this day on numerous channels namely (Discovery science the gadget show, Discovery ID, ETC) HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that these can still be aired 3-4 years later??? TLC is no longer been aired, why is this?? TLC was one of the best channels on the bouquet and it has just been removed... Why is this??? Now channels have been replaced with Chinese and Bollywood channels. You do know that we live in South Africa don't you??? How can we as South Africans watch French and Nigerian channels when we don't even speak the language??? Can you justify my argument?? I am actually quite disgusted with the bouquet and think that it is funny that Star Sat expects us to view channels that are in a language that we do not even speak in this country. I have noticed that you now have an HD decoder available... However, the movie channels that are available, are of such a poor picture and sound quality that you can hardly watch whatever is been shown. Why has Star Sat deteriorated to such an extent
