When we signed up with you guys we had a certain amount of channels available. Since then you have cut probably 5 channels. All of them now are basically the only channels that were worth watching. Last night another two were cut. TLC and Discovery science. Now this seems that you cut the channels just after receiving our monthly premiums. I understand you are under business rescue but what are your plans for keeping your customers?
This was the last installment you have received from me because it's much better going back to DSTV than loosing channels monthly and paying the same.
What are your plans for next month and why should I not cancel?
