I contacted MBD because I wanted to settle my account, the lady I spoke to sent me an email reflecting the total amount outstanding, I paid that amount in full, later on I received an email stating i'm still owing, i mean what the is that? When I contacted Joyce about this that woman through her teeth, she said the amount reflecting on the email is the overdue amount. I mean is it my fault that they didn't disclose all the information? I acted upon the email that was sent to me, how was I supposed to know that there still another account hidden under the carpet? Worst part she and say I didn't contact them they are the ones who sent an email because they saw that i was owing Identity. They don't have records on their system, is it my fault that they don't keep records? This is unacceptable if this is how they're rated during performance contract, if ripping people of is part of their values then is so sad.
