Called the call centre to find out the amount that i need to pay i was told in the of November 2013 that i must pay R540.00 No banking details was provided. I made another call on Monday and was told that i need to pay R373.80 i was provided with the banking details i than made the payments. The service was still not active i called the call centre again to my surprise i was given a different amount again.
Your agents needs training and now i must suffer as a customer because your agents messed up.
The most worse service and mind you i asked the agent is this all that i need to pay she said yes even broke it down to me. Get your facts straight please guys
I need you guys to email me my statement maybe the statement is more intellegent than your agents that you hire.
