I have made the internet payment of R320 on the 6th December, to my surprise I got a message saying the money is not reflecting on their side but on my side it went successfully without a glich. Someone at multichoice better explain why is this satellite TV draining my bank account unnecessarily. They allow internet payments and EFTs but cannot manage it properly. some wanted me to send the proof in the form of bank statement. I sent the proof to [Email Removed] WHY SUCH A BAD SERVICE WITH TOO MANY REPEATS ANYWAY. i just need to convience my wife to move to OVHD and throw away stupid dstv decoder, and discorage friends from paying hefty prices to bouquet of progam repeats.
