Yesterday i called the call centre at 0860110807 and we through to the payment arrangement dept, i select the debit order and the line goes through to this guy. i asked for russells banking details i wanted to pay my account, the agent gives me branch code, and account number, and i ask under the account holder name what do i write he gives me his initails and surname, i asked why then he can't answer that part he says let me give you referrence number. he gave me the longest number . i had banking details of russells but i wanted to make payment same time via eft, now when you meet agents like this what do you do? People like taking chances Russells i don't know how you hired him [ EN KHUMALO] his name is Nhlanhla Khumalo. 4048877988, 632005 those are his banking details.

Am so disappointed in this kind of service, i just have no words for you guys anymore, i just couldn't believe this my whole afternoon was messed up. i made this call in the afternoon after two
