I paid for the full package but just a light drizzle & I don't hav signal so for what the did I pay! I called the call center a couple of times & they just gave me a million & 1 ways to reboot, rescan & reset but still no signal. I said this once & ill say it again, will I get refunded for the days I do not get to watch due to no signal?
