I paid for a call out in December, still have weak signal, and at the slightest breeze I have no signal. Light rain no signal. I called the call center, resetting the unit do not work. I called the service branch to come and fix what they have not fixed before, 4 days later full of promises, still no response.
Not to mention the fact you cannot find invoices I paid for, of which I have the originals.
I am so upset at this point, If I have to meet you at your office, I WILL break something...
MARTIN, stop making empty promises and DELIVER!
