I Have tried everything that Multichoice has told me yet at a certain time if the day my signal gets lost and it only comes back on at 5PM when i normally watch my series. I am paying for a service that i am not recieving and i would like to be able to watch tv when i want and not stare at a blank screen that says that it is searching for signal. i have called the customer care numerous times and they are not help full at all, infact rude and sarcastic. we even had someone come out to look at the dish he said that there is nothing wrong. so tell me this how is it that my signal is lost when i normaly dont watch but it is back when i do. this in noncense we pay for our service and expect it to be on when we want to watch!!!
