On 21st December 2013, my family and I visited Monte Casino in what we hoped would be a great afternoon out. We were shocked to find that my car was from the parking lot. Security was on the floor but no one had seen anything. Security personnel were extremely incorporative. On exiting the premises to report the case to the police, we noticed the boom was open and there was no need for me to press the button to open the boom. I was promised on the day by members of the security personnel that I would receive feedback about the case. I heard nothing and proceeded to obtain information myself. I was requested to so in writing, which I did. I was called by a very rude lady (Victoria), claiming to be the security manager. She was unhelpful telling me that there was no internal investigation, I paid her the same courtesy I was given by asking her to respond on email. She then back tracked in terms of what she will put on email, claiming there is no internal investigation. Security at Monte Casino is a joke. I hope this is a warning to all who visit there. There is no accountability.
