Zero Service Delivery and Monthly problems

Good day,

After repeated tiresome struggles to receive the service I pay for at Top TV I have reached my limit as far as patience and understanding with regard to Technical glitches, etc. I am still not getting my full package despite paying via debit order for it.

Please refund me my R269.00 subscription fee and cancel my account with immediate effect. I am done begging for something I am paying for! You have my account details, you debited my fee earlier today.
