I have extra view on my dstv that worked 2days out of the 4days we'vv had it.
I can not get tru to to extra view dept anymore.
As I get tru, they give instructions, 5min into the call, I get cut off, forcing me to call back and start all over again.
Today I called, got cut off 3 times, on my 4th call, I get put tru to a guy by the name of Micheal.
While I'm telling him my issues, he tells me, "if you can stop talking, I'll put you tru to a manager" very rudely.
Is that the way DSTV treats their customers?
They can give me back the R2000 I paid for the installation and take their rubbish product and leave.
Paying for a product that hardly works and next to no tech support after sales.
This has really become the worst experience iv had with a service.
4days and still going.
