I have had dstv for l long time now and decided to get the xtra view. I paid hi-fi corporation R1700 for the decoder and installation. I phoned Larry from North West satalite to do the installation. He said it will cost me another R650 for the Xtra view and i gave that money to him. He installed it but when he left i still could not use the extra view. I told Larry what the problem was and he said it is just a setting that needs to be changed. It has been from the beginning of January and i have asked him many times to come and fix it and every time he has an excuseor he tells me he is coming and just never shows up. If you want i can show you our whole sms conversation from begginning of January. I have paid for the xtra view services but it has not even worked. Please deal with this guy i don't know how you intend to keep customers happy with accredited installers like him. I am not going to pay for the extra view at the end of this month if it is not working
