My Extra View PVR is not functional. I reported this to DSTV on various occassions to no resolution, yet I am continuously billed for a service that does not exist. My latest complaint refers me to a service techician of which I need to cover the bill and call out charges, yet on previous occassions the call centre agent confirms that there is a technical problem between DSTV and my Extra View PVR. As a paying customer I need my service to work to my satisfaction, and if there is a problem somebody needs to accuratley advise what the issue is. Please can a competent call centre agent resolve my issue.
