Bad Accommodation and service

On the 13th December 2013, my family checked in @ the Vacation Club The smell in that apartment was disgusting, it was almost like it was never cleaned, more like the smell of a wet carpet. The room had a service duct and every time the toilet was flashed or the tap opened there was this annoying sound that lasted for about 20 min which made it unbearable to sleep. There were pipes and wires in that service duct and we had small kids so it was not friendly for our kids @ all. we reported the matter @ reception as well as the fact that the telephone was non functional which meant that if we needed to contact reception we had to walk there, the technician came and told us that there was nothing he could do as the phone was faulty and the turn around time is 48hrs to have it fixed. we also reported that there was no light bulb in one of the bathrooms and the guys came and told us that they didn't have that kind of light bulb in stock, so we were stuck with a dark bathroom. For the money we paid I believe that the accommodation we got was disgusting and the service from reception was pathetic!!! very disappointing experience!!!
