Suncity has. Lost its sparkel

On Monday the 23 rd of September we arrived at Suncity vacation club. On entering of our apartment the first thing you could get was a strong smell of urine and dampness. After a 8 hour road trip, we wanted to take a shower, only to find there was a shortage of towels and the bath in a terrible condition.
On the 24th when we arrived back to our apartment about 5 pm, we noticed that our apartment had not been serviced. We the called 900, and spoke to a lady that said arrangements had to be made with reception for our apartment to be serviced. In all the times I have been on holiday this is the 1st time I heard of such a thing. She then put us trough to reception, who told us that is not the case and they will be sending some one trough. After waiting almost a hour, no one had come. Mind you I have 3 kids that need to take a bath and have supper. So we phone back to reception and ask to speak to the duty manager. We then told him how long we have been waiting, and told him to come up him self and clean our room. In all this time the was no feed back or an apology. After my very upset husband spoke to him, there were 2 ladies at our door to clean up, with some fresh towels. As I ent
