What a pleasure viewing Black Screen 24/7. Top TV was installed 6 months ago but I ask myself why is the reception ONLY on perfectly hot days. Numerous phone calls to TOP TV asking me to request my installer to re-align my dish. My installer says this is normal for TOP TV.
I am paying my monthly subs but sick and tired of this BLACK SCREEN. Can somebody please help out. Is it the alignment/ LNB / Decoder OR TOP TV themselves.
