We bought toptv a week and a half ago after it took the installer 2 days to get a signal our tv froze on the signal screen after numerous expensive phone calls and empty promises to be phoned back we still have no tv and lost the signal as well and if another consultant tells me to plug out the decoder and back on a again I'm going to scream. I refuse to pay another cent . the installer didn't even know how to fix the problem.
