Seven days ago I bought a decoder at the DSTV service centre in Umhlanga and was told that an installer will contact me to arrange for an installation.
I called the contact center today (7 days later) to check what the status of that request/promise is. The contact center has told me it is not their business and have refused to rectify the situation.
I think I am within my rights to want an installation done today - i.e. 7 days later.
