Decoder freezing after Software and Sim update

My decoder worked well until recently 31 January 2013 when I was asked to update my Smart card. I had to take the decoder in for testing to check the software. I made a special trip to the Randburg offices to do this. The lady that attended to me was very efficient; she checked the software and stated it had to be updated manually which she did. She then tested the decoder and it worked perfectly fine. She then supplied me with a new card for my decoder and I left. I got home and the decoder worked fine for the 2 hours then started to freeze. I did a reset and then it worked fine for another hour before freezing again. I am not sure what to do since my decoder is now problematic after the software update and sim card replacement. This means we can only watch one channel until the decoder is reset. Please can someone advise me as I don't have the money to buy a new decoder? Unhappy customer who now wants to move to TOP TV.
