The Installation (Isaac acredited code:12069) took place on the 14/11/2013, he charged me R250.00 and on the 03/12/2013 there was no signal I requested the Installer to come and check he never pitch up. When I call him today 12/12/2013 he needs R150.00 for call out. Its not even a month but I have to pay and most of the time I dont have services.
Please Multichoice tell me its the way you treat your customers and I am paying my subscription every month. I do not have a contract with this installer. Please make sure that my service is been fixed. Please make sure that you do check the work they have done.
