Bought the package from Ellerines Furnitures in Margate, KZN. When the installer from TXT came today 26/2/2013 he charged an extra R300-00 for installation. My son was at home and thought it might be right to pay the extra monies. He did ask for an invoice which the installer said he does not have an invoice book with him but will drop it off later. When i returned home and my son told me about the extra money he had to pay, i contacted the installer and asked how come he charged extra while the package include installation. He reckon that with petrol hikes and the little bit of payment they receive from Multichoice they thought it fit to charge extra. I then told him that this was and I will expose his company as they are ripping people of their money and i will lay charges against them. He then promised to return the money, but to no avail. I just feel that this is a very negative thing for Multichoice and that this company must be taken off the contract work they are doing on the South Coast of KZN.
