On 02 August 2013, I requested for a statement via email so I could have my business' DSTV service re-instated. I received the following CASE NUMBER: 3813950.
On 08 August 2013 I called to follow up, I received a call back from Multichoice saying my account was up to date and all services were active and perhaps there was a fault with the decoder.
Thereafter it played for 3 days then we started receiving an error that our service had been suspended. I dont know what's going with this account!
Please help! I still never received a statement.
