STILL NOT RECEIVING MONTHLY STATEMENT

I had great feedback from the previous time (December) about not receiving a monthly statement, and I was sent a statement etc. and am assured every single time I have interacted with MultiChoice that I will be receiving my invoice and statement by email on a monthly basis.

Nothing received.

Please tell me why. I am so frustrated and irritated. WHY?
