I went to visit Carnival City on Sunday 30 June 2013 and arrived at 09h00.Both elevators as well as the front rotating door were not functioning when I got there but worst of all was the state of the toilets. Not only was there a stench when I walked in, but the toilets were filthy and only on the third basin did I find a tap that worked. Seems like there is a serious maintenance/hygiene issue on the go.
As they say, you judge a restaurant by its toilets!!!
